These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (parent, guardian, or authorized representative) and Loon Kids when accessing our website, enrolling a child in any program, attending workshops, or using any of our services. By using the site or enrolling in any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. Our goal is to create a safe, inspiring, and supportive environment where every child can explore creativity, build essential skills, and grow emotionally in a nurturing space. These terms govern all interactions, content usage, program participation, fee payments, cancellations, and responsibilities of both parties. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Parents must ensure they have legal authority to enroll and make decisions on behalf of the child participating in our programs.
All children enrolling in Loon Kids programs must fall within the specified age groups listed for each course and be accompanied by a responsible adult during drop off and pick up. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if any information is found to be false, incomplete, or if the child’s participation may pose a risk to themselves or others. Programs are designed for typically developing children; any significant medical, behavioral, or developmental conditions must be disclosed in advance so we can assess suitability and make reasonable accommodations where possible. Once enrolled, the child is expected to attend regularly unless prior written notice of absence is provided. Loon Kids maintains small batch sizes to ensure personalized attention and a high quality learning experience for every child.
All program fees are non-refundable except in cases explicitly mentioned in our refund policy. Fees must be paid in full before the child begins any session unless a valid installment plan has been approved in writing by the Loon Kids team. Fees cover tuition, materials used during sessions, and access to program resources; they do not include transportation, food, or personal items. Late payments may result in suspension of attendance until cleared. We accept online payments via UPI, cards, and bank transfers cash payments are not accepted at the center for safety and record keeping purposes. Any applicable taxes or processing charges are the responsibility of the parent and will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Fee changes for new terms or programs will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Once paid, fees cannot be transferred to another child, sibling, or program unless approved in exceptional circumstances by management.
Regular attendance is essential for your child to benefit fully from our structured learning programs. Parents must inform us at least 24 hours in advance for any planned absence via WhatsApp or email. No refunds or make-up classes are provided for casual absences, illness, vacations, or personal reasons. In case of long-term medical leave with valid documentation, we may offer credit notes valid for future terms at our discretion. Withdrawal from a program requires written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle; no refunds will be issued for the current term. Repeated unexplained absences (more than 4 consecutive sessions) may lead to automatic cancellation of enrollment without refund. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics) may lead to temporary suspension or shift to online mode no refunds apply in such cases. We strive to maintain consistent schedules but reserve the right to adjust timings or merge batches due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
The safety and emotional well being of every child is our highest priority at Loon Kids. All staff are trained, background-checked, and follow strict child protection protocols. Parents must drop off and pick up their child personally or authorize a trusted adult in writing. No child will be released to anyone not listed on the authorized pickup form. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior that endangers other children or staff repeated incidents may result in temporary suspension or permanent withdrawal without refund. Parents are encouraged to inform us of any behavioral concerns, allergies, or medical conditions in advance. Photography or videography of other children by parents is strictly prohibited without explicit consent from all involved families. We use CCTV in common areas for safety (not in restrooms or private spaces) and all personal data is handled as per our privacy policy. In case of any injury or medical emergency, we will provide first aid and contact parents immediately.
All content on the Loon Kids website, including activity ideas, worksheets, videos, images, curriculum outlines, and teaching materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Loon Kids and protected under copyright law. Parents and children may use downloadable resources only for personal, non commercial home use and not for redistribution, resale, or publication. Recording, photographing, or reproducing any part of live sessions, workshops, or center activities without written permission is strictly prohibited. Any artwork, crafts, or creations made by children during sessions belong to the child, but Loon Kids retains the right to photograph and use such work (without showing the child’s face) for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing. Our brand name, logo, tagline, and program names are registered trademarks and may not be used without permission. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of enrollment and legal action where applicable. We encourage sharing your child’s happy moments on personal social media with credit to Loon Kids when appropriate.
Parents must ensure their child is in good health and free from contagious illnesses before attending any session. Children showing symptoms of fever, cold, cough, diarrhea, or any infectious condition will not be allowed entry until fully recovered and medically cleared. We follow strict hygiene protocols including regular sanitization, handwashing, and mask usage when required. Parents are responsible for providing accurate medical history and emergency contact details during enrollment. In case of any injury or sudden illness at the center, first aid will be administered immediately and parents will be contacted; we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or incidents caused by undisclosed health issues. No medication will be administered by staff unless prescribed by a doctor with written parental consent and proper labeling. We may ask a child to be picked up early if they appear unwell no fee adjustment will be made for such instances. All families are expected to cooperate fully to maintain a healthy and safe environment for every child.
Loon Kids provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Parents agree that participation in any program is at their own risk and that of the child. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the center. In the unlikely event of any dispute related to fees, attendance, safety, or program quality, both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution through direct discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Chennai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action must be filed exclusively in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the child.
